A Chic Celebration at Castle Hill
On a picturesque July evening, A+N tied the knot in style at the illustrious Castle Hill Inn in Newport, RI. The day was filled with soft romantic details with a modern twist. From stunning floral chandeliers to a cascading tulip bar front, the attention to detail in the curation of the design plan was astounding. Our team worked closely with the couple, and Sarah Lema of Mavinhouse events to bring this beautiful wedding to life, from conception to execution.
The ceremony took place on the lawn at Castle Hill, overlooking the sea. An enchanting aisle of lush flowers lined the back row of chairs, full of abundant summer blossoms such as astrantia, delphinium, and garden roses. Down the aisle, a stunning arbor adorned with cascading white blooms of orchids, campanula, and Queen Anne’s lace set the perfect stage for the couple to exchange their vows.
As guests floated into the reception tent following cocktail hour, they were transported to a wonderland of whimsical floral chandeliers and buttery blooms. The floral design inspiration is organic, airy, and textured with touches of soft yellow florals. The soft color palette is styled with sleek black & smoked accents, creating an effortlessly chic feel within the space.
Stunning floral moments are interspersed throughout the reception space, ensuring that guests are visually delighted at every turn. The cake is made a focal point within the space, encircled by a gorgeous, organic garden of soft summer blooms. At the bar, a sweet arrangement of cascading tulips spill from the corner of the bar, welcoming guests as they grab a drink. The overhead installation of 8 floral chandeliers, dripping with delicate deflexus, and white blooming branches truly transformed the space, invoking a dreamy romantic atmosphere. Below these stunning floral chandeliers, the guest tables are expertly styled with organic compote arrangements and smoked glass votive candlelight. The head table is lined with assorted arrangements overflowing with soft, textured blooms in shades cream and pastel yellows. The modern romantic feel is effortlessly tied together within the tablescape with vignettes of smoked glass votive and pillar candlelight.
